Most Avatar Studio users know standard feedback: the reflections shown to learners after a conversation that highlight strengths and areas to improve. But a less commonly used layer sits in the Editor, unlocking a deeper view of how your training actually performs: Advanced Feedback.

What makes it different

Unlike standard feedback, Advanced Feedback is not typically visible to learners. It works behind the scenes, allowing your organisation to monitor how effectively specific behaviours, steps, or processes unfold during a conversation. It's particularly valuable for:

• Evaluating adherence to defined processes or frameworks • Tracking whether key steps are applied during a conversation • Supporting internal assessment, compliance, or quality assurance

Structured organisation

Advanced Feedback is organised into categories, grouping related behaviours or steps together. Within each category, multiple feedback prompts evaluate performance across conversations, assessing whether steps follow a strict sequence or allow for flexible application. The result is an evaluation of not just what was said, but how effectively the process was executed.

From feedback to insight

Because Advanced Feedback is structured and measurable, it becomes powerful for analytics, revealing individual performance against criteria, team-level trends and gaps, and adherence to conversation frameworks or operating procedures.

When to use it
