Monthly Product Update: March 2026

Armand · 9 April 2026

Throughout March, we shipped a wave of improvements across authentication, localisation, conversational AI, and the overall learner experience. Here is a recap of what is new.

Authentication & user management

Access control just got more flexible. You can now choose between Anonymous access, Meta-Skills accounts, and SAML authentication, and a new permissions system lets you manage access at the organisational level, so the right people get the right level of control.

Localisation & global expansion

We expanded language support significantly. Japanese is now fully supported, with enhanced PDF readability and text-to-speech. The Editor and Dashboard interfaces are also available in multiple languages, with translation quality improvements rolling out continuously.

AI & conversation enhancements

Conversations are more stable and natural. Avatars are better at detecting interruptions and silence, real-time conversations handle connections more reliably, and microphone detection has been improved to prevent session disruptions.

User experience improvements

Navigation and responsiveness are sharper across devices. Learners can now navigate backward through slides where applicable, error notifications appear as clear toast messages instead of interrupting the interface, and the desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences all received optimisation updates.

Coming soon

A new visual element is in development, designed to enhance conversation interactions and bring more engagement on screen. More on that in April.
