Monthly Product Update August 2026

Meta-Skills · 20 August 2026

August’s updates focused on three things: more natural conversations, safety that fits your organisation and results that are easier to interpret consistently.

Reporting that supports a clearer picture

The dashboard now presents a consistent growth score across views, helping teams focus on lasting improvement rather than a single strong attempt. Training start dates allow reporting to focus on results gathered within the programme.

Organisations can choose safety standards that fit their policies, alongside the protections built into roleplays. They can also choose what to share with learners and in which language across their training distribution methods.

Results for every learner

Every learner now has a results page without special setup. Visual breakdowns show strengths and progress, helping people understand where they stand and how they have developed.

Learners also have more control over their data: they can review and edit what the AI remembers about them.

More natural conversations

An AI model upgrade reduces the delay between what a learner says and how the avatar responds. The aim is a smoother, more realistic exchange that helps people stay engaged in the roleplay.

Each roleplay also includes an active safety layer, with support available when a situation needs urgent attention.

More reliable completion and wider access

Training is marked complete only when every part has been finished, improving completion tracking in the LMS. The website is now available in French, and continued security improvements strengthen the platform as organisations expand their use.

Together, these updates connect the conversation experience with clearer reporting and more useful feedback for both learners and the teams supporting them.
