The Redesigned Meta-Skills Interface Is Live
Last week we shared a preview of the new Meta-Skills interface. Now it is live: the fully redesigned Meta-Skills user interface, and an upgrade to the entire user experience. It is more modern, more professional and easier to use.
The first customer feedback has been very positive. Customers call it a real upgrade: clean, intuitive and professional. That is exactly what we were aiming for.
More than a fresh coat of paint
As promised in the preview, this goes well beyond a prettier surface. We rebuilt Meta-Skills around how you and your learners actually work, day to day.
For learners, that means less clicking around, more practising and more insights. For L&D, HR and enablement teams, it means seeing at a glance where people stand, without piecing it together across views.
What's new
Scenarios
Every learner sees their roleplays as a clear path: what's done, what's next, and their best score so far. Picking up where they left off takes one click.

Everything you rely on, just easier
The redesign doesn't just look better. It changes how the product feels to use:
- A refreshed visual design: a cleaner, more modern interface across the whole product, not just a single screen.
- Reorganised navigation: a more logical structure, built around how customers use Meta-Skills day to day.
- Everything where you'd expect it: the same data and features you use today. No relearning required.
- A new generation of avatars: more realistic and faster to respond, for an even more natural conversation.
Practise anywhere, in any language
Now in 70+ languages
We've gone from 40+ to over 70 languages. One tool for your global rollout, and every learner practises in the language they actually work in.
Desktop, tablet or phone
The interface is fully optimised for every screen. Learners can practise at their desk, between meetings or on the train, wherever the next ten minutes are free.
